How does pricing work?
Flat monthly fee, scaled to your headcount and device count. No surprise hourly bills for the everyday stuff. Email us with a quick description of your environment and we’ll get a custom quote back to you.
Do you support our existing line-of-business apps?
Yes. We work with whatever you have — accounting software, industry-specific platforms, legacy on-prem systems. For third-party apps where we don’t have admin access (like cloud-hosted vendor platforms), we work alongside your existing vendor support rather than replacing it — but we’ll handle anything we can admin directly.
What’s your response time for support?
Tickets get triaged the same business day they come in. Real urgency (server down, suspected breach) jumps the queue.
Can you handle our remote sites or Northern locations?
Yes — it’s our specialty. We’ve been supporting clients across NWT, BC, and Alberta for over 20 years, including remote camps, retail locations, and Northern offices where bandwidth and onsite access need real planning, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Do we have to switch all our hardware to your preferred vendors?
No. We work with what you have. When it’s time to replace equipment, we’ll recommend options that fit your needs and budget — typically Dell, Lenovo, and other vendors we’re certified to sell and service — but you’re never locked in.
