Hay River, NT

Onsite + remote

Our home base. We’ve been here for over twenty years. If you’re a business in town and you need someone at your office, we can be there.

Full hands-on service: device deployments, network installs, troubleshooting, and onsite consultations. For structural cabling, we coordinate with licensed electricians in the area.

Northwest Territories

Remote-first

Beyond Hay River, we support businesses across the NWT remotely — monitoring, security, M365 administration, helpdesk. We’ll travel for larger projects where it makes sense.

Including: Yellowknife, Fort Smith, Fort Simpson, Inuvik, Norman Wells, and remote camps across the territory.

British Columbia

Remote-first

Small business IT and cybersecurity across BC — Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, the Interior. Managed services, M365, security stack, and project work all delivered remotely.

Including: Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Prince George, and smaller communities throughout the province.

Alberta

Managed IT and cybersecurity for Alberta small businesses — from the cities to the smaller communities most national providers ignore. Onsite travel arranged for larger engagements.

Modern MSP tooling means we can do most of what an in-house IT team does — without being in the building. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

RMM + secure remote access

We can reach managed devices to push patches, run scripts, take a remote-control session, or pull diagnostics — securely and audited, with your consent.

Ticketing & documentation

Issues come in by email or ticket, get tracked through resolution, and stay documented. You always know what’s happening with your environment — even if no one’s physically there.

24/7 monitoring & SOC

Your endpoints, servers, network gear, and Microsoft 365 tenant — watched continuously. Distance doesn’t change how quickly we see something going wrong.

Field travel when needed

For new site builds, network refreshes, or hands-on work where remote tools don’t cut it — we’ll travel. Scoped and quoted up front, no surprise expenses.
