These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of arctechcomputers.ca (the “Site”), operated by ArcTech Computers ULC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code — is owned by ArcTech Computers ULC or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.
You may view, share, and print pages for personal or business reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site (such as Microsoft, Kaseya, Dell, Lenovo, and others) are the property of their respective owners.
3. Information accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. However, we make no representations or warranties that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given time. Specifications, pricing, vendor partnerships, and service offerings change — what’s on the Site reflects our current understanding but is not a binding offer.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcTech Computers ULC, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you have paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ArcTech Computers ULC harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that territory, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts located in the Northwest Territories have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising under these Terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
